MediWidget brings a Medical ID to your Home Screen or Lock Screen in the form of Widgets - you never know when you might need it.
If you ever get into a medical emergency, you can rely on MediWidget to be there to inform first responders about your medical details. Using the Widgets, responders can view your medical conditions, medication, general details and much more - all from your Home Screen or Lock Screen so there’s no need to even open the app or unlock your iPhone!
MediWidget contains these great features:
WIDGETS
All of your medical details can easily be displayed on your Home Screen or Lock Screen so that first responders can easily find out your medical conditions, personal details and who to contact. Widgets are fully customizable with a variety of layouts so you can get the look you’re after for displaying your data.
MEDICAL ID
MediWidget has been designed for your iPhone so all of your medical details are within easy reach. You’ll be able to view personal details, medical conditions, allergies & reactions, medication and emergency contacts from multiple widgets and in-app.
EMERGENCY CONTACTS
If you’ve chosen to add emergency contacts to the app, you’ll be able to call them with just a tap from the app or Widget.
CUSTOMIZATION
MediWidget offers the ability to fully customize the Widget and whether a Star of Life or medical Cross is used when displayed on the Home Screen or Lock Screen in compatible Widgets.
TRANSLATE
Translate medical conditions, medications and allergies/reactions when travelling abroad.
SHORTCUTS
Manage your medical ID with Siri and the Shortcuts app.
STORED SECURELY
All medical ID data is stored securely on your own private iCloud account using the secure Keychain functionality. No data ever leaves your device.
SYNC
MediWidget was designed to work with the MediWear, MediSOS and MediID apps so you’re able to enter your medical ID once and use it everywhere. Syncing is done automatically through the shared Keychain and enables you to pick and choose which medical ID apps you’d like from the MediApps bundle.

- All of your medical ID data is now stored securely in a shared iCloud Keychain group that means you’ll be able to edit your medical ID in this app and have access to the same details in any of the MediApps (MediWidget, MediWear & MediSOS)!
- Unlike the previous app, MediWidget is now based around widgets which enable you to fully customise how your Lock Screen (and now Home Screen) looks!
- There are now more medical details than ever available for viewing in the app so first responders can easily find out the information they need at just a glance.

The company that develops MediWidget: Medical ID Widgets is Adam Foot. The latest version released by its developer is 8.3.
To install MediWidget: Medical ID Widgets on your iOS device, just click the green Continue To App button above to start the installation process. The app is listed on our website since 2026-10-13 and was downloaded 0 times. We have already checked if the download link is safe, however for your own protection we recommend that you scan the downloaded app with your antivirus. Your antivirus may detect the MediWidget: Medical ID Widgets as malware if the download link is broken.
How to install MediWidget: Medical ID Widgets on your iOS device:

- Once the MediWidget: Medical ID Widgets is shown in the iTunes listing of your iOS device, you can start its download and installation. Tap on the GET button to the right of the app to start downloading it.
- If you are not logged-in the iOS appstore app, you'll be prompted for your your Apple ID and/or password.
- After MediWidget: Medical ID Widgets is downloaded, you'll see an INSTALL button to the right. Tap on it to start the actual installation of the iOS app.
- Once installation is finished you can tap on the OPEN button to start it. Its icon will also be added to your device home screen.
